The Precast Concrete Fascia is made by mixing a strong cement-sand ratio and pouring on a flat surface arranged on the ground. Allowing it to dry and manually lift the dried segments of 1.8 metres to be joined aligned on the topmost blocks or concrete roof beam of the building. This will create a long hollow along the overhead course which will in turn be reinforced using 8mm iron rods and casted two(2) sequences. The end result of precast concrete fascia does not require plastering or screening as care has been taken to smoothen it at the point of production.
